These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Inner Light Booth Co. website and our services. By accessing our website at www.innerlightbooth.com or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. About Inner Light Booth Co.
Inner Light Booth Co. is a professional photo booth service company serving the Bay Area, California and surrounding regions. We provide photo booth rental and event experience services for weddings, quinceañeras, private parties, corporate events, school events, and other celebrations.
Inner Light Booth Co. provides photo booth rental services for private and corporate events. All services are subject to availability and a formal booking agreement. Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed service agreement and required deposit payment.
3. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.
All pricing is quoted in U.S. dollars.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation by client: Deposits are non-refundable in all cases. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may be subject to the full contracted amount, as detailed in your signed service agreement.
Rescheduling: We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. One complimentary reschedule may be offered with at least 30 days' advance written notice.
Cancellation by Inner Light Booth Co.: In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including equipment failure, illness, or emergency), we will provide a full refund of all payments received or make every effort to arrange a comparable replacement service provider.
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete event information, including date, time, venue, and estimated guest count
Ensure adequate space and access at the venue for equipment setup (minimum 10×10 ft area recommended)
Ensure a standard 110V power outlet is accessible near the setup area
Obtain any necessary venue permissions or permits for photo booth setup
Ensure responsible use of all equipment and props by your guests
Notify us of any special venue restrictions or requirements in advance
6. Equipment & Damage
All equipment provided by Inner Light Booth Co. remains the property of Inner Light Booth Co. at all times. The client assumes responsibility for any damage to our equipment caused by guests or venue conditions beyond normal wear and tear during the event. Repair or replacement costs for damaged equipment will be assessed and billed to the client.
7. Photography & Media Rights
Photos taken at your event belong to the guests appearing in them. Inner Light Booth Co. may retain copies of photos for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing at least 7 days before your event. All photos used for marketing purposes will be tasteful, professional, and handled with discretion.
If you do not wish for event photos to be used for marketing, please submit your request in writing to book@innerlightbooth.com no later than 7 days before your event date.
8. SMS & Communications Consent
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing SMS/text message communications from Inner Light Booth Co. related to your inquiry, booking confirmation, availability updates, and event-related communications. Checking the SMS consent box is required to receive text communications — submitting the form alone does not constitute SMS consent.

We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, power outages, venue inaccessibility, extreme weather, or other force majeure events.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inner Light Booth Co. and its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or any injury or damage occurring at your event.
